Thai Airways International (THAI) will sue Koito Industries for US$550 million over late delivery of seats for the airline’s 11 wide-body aircraft.
The airline wants $470 million for lost business opportunities plus $80 million for actual costs caused by the delivery delay and finding replacement suppliers.
